I started studying BSC Agricultural and  Economics at Stellenbosch University, after graduating in 2018 I left for the UK and  landed in SOHO House, coming from a family background orientated around food and having access to a head chef trained under Jamie Oliver with my combined farming expertise, I had ignited a fire within and found my purpose.

I secured my 
apprenticeship whilst  cooking for famous people and high profile establishments alongside chefs from Michelin Star Kitchens, gaining a foothold in many cuisines around the world.

Since then I have relocated to Cape Town with my passion and International experience. I am fully committed and infatuated with achieving perfection for each of my clients with every creation, ensuring that all your needs and wants are catered for by quickly adapting to any environment and bringing a personal exquisite touch to every plate of food giving the host the capacity to entertain an amazing night. My food philosophy is local fusion, farm-to-table, catering for every specific dietary requirement simple or complex, depending on the event always ensuring perfection.
